Individual - $50.00 If you are an individual, small farm, club, or an affiliate, you would qualify for the individual level. Small Corporation - $100.00 If you are/own a small corporation with less than five employees, you would qualify for the small corporation level. Large Corporation - $250.00 If you are/own a large corporation with more than five employees, you would qualify for the large corporation level.
